Je hebt 't of je hebt 't niet. Sommige zoals de viriele avonturier Timothy Lea hebben 't altijd! Onze onvermoeibare held gaat in de showbizz. Met zijn zwager richt hij de popgroep Kipper op. Eerst blijft het bij een gekkigheidje in de plaatselijke kroeg, maar via vele extatische optredens en opwindende ontmoetingen, scoren ze uiteindelijk een grote hit. Gelukkig zijn de talloze groupies meer geïnteresseerd in de muziekanten dan in hun muziek...
