Een aardige trol met groene vingers geeft op een dag een mooie bloem aan de trollenprinses. Volgens de wet moeten alle trollen echter gemeen zijn, en de aardige trol wordt verbannen naar het voor de trollen grote en onbekende bos: Central Park in hartje New York.
