Bogus (1996)
De 7-jarige Albert woont met zijn moeder Lorraine in een achterbuurt van Las Vegas. Ze werkt in de circusbranche. Ook Albert is in de ban van die wereld. Hij probeert tot vervelens toe tovertrucjes uit en kan het bijzonder goed vinden met de collega's van zijn mama. Wanneer ze op een avond huiswaarts keert, verliest ze het leven tijdens een tragisch auto-ongeval. Iedereen vraagt zich af hoe het verder moet met de kleine Albert. Maar Albert vindt troost bij Bogus, een imaginaire speelkameraad die hem zal helpen bij het aanvaarden van zijn nieuwe leven.
