Op een verlaten snelweg in de woestijn bewaken drie agenten de grens. Wat lijkt af te stevenen op een standaard dag voor de grenspolitie verandert al snel wanneer Flores, Davis en Hobbs een auto controleren die een wel erg interessante inhoud blijkt te hebben.
