Le Cœlacanthe, plongée vers nos origines (2013)
120 meter uit de wilde kust van Zuid-Afrika leeft een dier waarvan men dacht dat het 65 miljoen jaar geleden was uitgestorven. Coelacanth, plaatselijk bekend als Gombessa. Dinosaurusvis, een levend fossiel dat nog steeds de enige schakel is die vissen verbindt met terrestrische tetrapoden: in zijn vinnen bevinden zich de eerste beginselen van de botten van reptielen en zoogdieren, en in zijn enorme mond werd een rudimentaire long gevonden. Een team van onderwateronderzoekers besloot met Gombessa te zwemmen en het aan de wereld te laten zien.
