The Kids Are All Right (2010)
Nic and Jules zijn de twee moeders van de tieners Joni en Laser. Laser vraagt zijn oudere zus hem te helpen in de zoektocht naar hun gemeenschappelijke donorvader. Dit blijkt Paul te zijn, eigenaar van een restaurant en een flamboyante levensgenieter. Door zijn onbevangen levenshouding zet hij het leven van dit originele gezin behoorlijk op z'n kop. Dit levert ontroerende, grappige en schokkende momenten op.
