They Nest (2000)
Omdat de stress op de spoedeisende hulp van zijn kliniek hem steeds moeilijker wordt, neemt Dr. Cahill een pauze van enkele maanden en probeert hij zichzelf terug te vinden op een klein eiland voor de kust van Maine. Hij slaagt er meteen in om met de inwoners te rotzooien, zodat er niet veel aandacht wordt besteed aan zijn waarschuwingen wanneer een lijk verminkt door moordende kakkerlakken aanspoelt.
