Jaren geleden werd in Londen een grote juwelendiefstal gepleegd. De schat is ergens op de bodem van een Griekse baai verborgen. Mark Camford, de jongeman die indertijd verdacht werd, is naar Kreta gekomen om de waarheid te achterhalen. De jonge Nikky Ferris wordt op hem verliefd en zal met hem heel wat gevaren trotseren om het geheim te ontrafelen.
