Animal Kingdom (2010)
Joshua Cody is de jongste van een van de meest machtige criminele families in Melbourn. Als zijn moeder sterft heeft hij geen keus en sluit zich aan bij de criminele wereld. De Cody broers introduceren hun neefje in deze angstaanjagende wereld onder het toeziend oog van zijn grootmoeder, een moderne Ma Baker. Joshua gelooft al vrij snel dat hij een speler is in de criminele wereld, maar ontdekt dan dat de situatie veel groter en kwaadaardiger is dan hij ooit voor mogelijk had gehouden. Politieagent Nathan Leckie wil de orde bewaren en als hij Joshua ontmoet is hij ervan overtuigd dat Joshua het antwoord op alle problemen is.
