Korte film: In 2003 creëerde Alan Simon GAIA, een conceptalbum met een humanitair thema rond milieubescherming, waarop veel artiesten reageerden: Midnight Oil, Justin Hayward van The Moody Blues, Zucchero, Jane Birkin, Cesaria Evora, Billy Preston en anderen. GAIA werd begin 2004 voor 60.000 toeschouwers in Zürich gespeeld. Het album bereikte de top vijf in Australië. Er werd ook een speciale editie met bonus-dvd uitgebracht.
