The Big Picture (1989)
Hollywood lonkt naar de recent afgestudeerde filmstudent Nick Chapman, die wil profiteren van het succes van zijn nationaal bekroonde studentenfilm. Studiodirecteur Allen Habel verleidt Nick met een droomdeal om zijn eerste speelfilm te maken, maar zodra de productie op gang komt, begint de realiteit zich te roeren: Nick kan een reeks compromissen over zijn hooggestemde visie niet meer beheersen en het kost hem moeite om zijn integriteit te bewaren te midden van de chaos in de filmwereld.
