A Christmas Without Snow (1980)
Een gescheiden vrouw verhuist met haar kind naar een andere stad om er een nieuw leven te beginnen. Ze sluit zich aan bij het koor van de plaatselijke kerk. Ze krijgt echter problemen met de koorleider die absolute perfectie eist van zijn groep. Als kerstmis nadert en de groep onder grote druk oefent, twijfelt ze of ze uit het koor zal stappen.
