Shock and Awe (2017)
In de nasleep van de terreuraanslagen van 11 september 2001 werkt George W. Bush aan een plan om Irak binnen te vallen en Saddam Hussein neer te halen. Terwijl de rest van de verslaggevers in Washington de woorden van de president geloven, beginnen Landay en Strobel dieper te graven. Ze zoeken naar aanwijzingen en gebruiken anonieme overheidsbronnen om de rationele beweegredenen van de president te ontdekken voor een oorlog die gebaseerd is op leugens en vervalste informatie. De verslaggevers ontdekken echter al snel dat de waarheid blootstellen en het vinden van mensen die willen luisteren twee verschillende dingen zijn, met name als de drang naar oorlog een afwijkende mening overstemt.
