Die Puppe (1919)
De oude kinderloze baron Chanterelle wil de familiale bloedlijn verderzetten en roept daartoe diens neef Lancelot tot de orde. De baron belooft Lancelot een serieuze bruidsschat uit te keren indien hij trouwt. Lancelot is echter bang van vrouwen en is dan ook de wanhoop nabij.
