The Canterville Ghost (1996)
Als een tienermeisje met haar broers en ouders naar Engeland verhuist naar de eeuwenoude Canterville Hall, is ze daar helemaal niet blij mee. Vooral omdat er een geest en een mysterieuze, opnieuw verschijnende bloedvlek in de haard aanwezig zijn. Ze voert campagne om terug naar huis te gaan, en haar vader, die gelooft dat de streken van de geest die van Ginny zijn, is klaar om haar terug te sturen. Maar dan ontmoet Ginny feitelijk de ongrijpbare 17e-eeuwse Sir Simon de Canterville (om nog maar te zwijgen van de schattige tiener hertog naast de deur), en zij zet haar hand in de strijd om Sir Simon van zijn vloek te bevrijden.
