Sandra is niet het lieve, braaf katholieke vrouwtje dat ze op het eerste gezicht lijkt te zijn. Onder haar schijnbaar nette uiterlijk gaat er een sexy verleidster schuil die seks gebruikt als ultiem middel om te krijgen wat ze maar wil. Nu heeft ze wel een heel extreme wens: ze wil dat haar minnaar Ben haar echtgenoot Jake om het leven brengt zodat ze samen de verzekeringspremie van twee miljoen dollar kunnen opstrijken. Er is één groot probleem: Ben is de broer van Jake. Ben heeft het al moeilijk met het besef dat hij volledig in de ban is van Sandra. Hij weigert om ook nog deel uit te maken van haar moorddadige plannen.
