We Die Young (2019)
Washington D.C., een symbool van vrijheid en macht in de ogen van de Verenigde Staten en de rest van de wereld. Maar in de schaduw van de opdoemende monumenten en majestueuze overheidsgebouwen, ligt een onderwereld die heel anders is dan de welbekende afbeeldingen van de hoofdstad - een wereld geregeerd door gewelddadige bendes en meedogenloze drugsdealers. Lucas, een 14-jarige jongen die is opgenomen in het bendeleven in Washington D.C., is vastbesloten dat zijn 10-jarige broer niet hetzelfde pad zal volgen. Wanneer een oorlogsveteraan uit Afghanistan de wijk in komt, doet zich een mogelijkheid voor.
