Twee bankmedewerkers vallen voor Lucie, hun collega. Ze stelen geld uit de kassa om te gokken. Jean wint en Paul belandt vijf jaar in de gevangenis. Bij zijn vertrek ontdekt hij dat Jean zakenman is geworden en met Lucie getrouwd is.
