Ceremony (2010)
Sam (Michael Angarano) is een eeuwige puber die door z’n twintiger jaren strompelt met een veel te groot zelfvertrouwen en halsstarrig vasthoudt aan z’n naïeve noties van liefde en romantiek die hij vereeuwigd heeft in een reeks onuitgegeven kinderboeken. Hij wordt verliefd op Zoe (Uma Thurman), een dertigjarige uitgeefster die op het punt staat om te trouwen met Whit (Lee Pace), een belangrijke documentairemaker. Sam weigert echter te aanvaarden dat iemand anders de liefde van Zoe's leven kan zijn, en uitgedost in een verkreukeld wijnrood kostuum valt hij samen met z’n gevoelige en kruiperige vriend Marshall (Reece Thompson) het huwelijksfeest van Zoe en Whit binnen, vastberaden om z’n gelijk te halen.
