Billy is aan het jagen in de wildernis als hij in zijn been geschoten wordt. Wanhopig op zoek naar onderdak wordt hij binnengelaten door de vreemde oude dame Agnes, in haar afgelegen blokhut. Maar Billy ontdekt al snel dat dit geen gewone hut is, want hij en Agnes worden achtervolgd door bloeddorstige wezens zonder huid. Billy en Agnes moeten samenwerken om te overleven.
