To Die For (1995)
Burgertrutje Suzanne Stone en de geëmigreerde Italiaan Larry Maretto ontmoeten elkaar tijdens een concert. Het lijkt liefde op het eerste gezicht en het paar besluit te huwen. Snel komen er conflicten als gevolg van uiteenlopende doelen. Larry wil werken in het familierestaurant en een simpel gezinsleven uitbouwen. Suzanne droomt van een carrière als televisiepresentatrice. Wanneer haar droom een obsessie wordt, komt hun relatie in gevaar. En dat is nog zachtjes uitgedrukt.
