Un 32 août sur terre (1999)
Nadat ze ongedeerd uit een auto-ongeluk is ontsnapt, besluit fotomodel Simone dat het krijgen van een baby de enige manier is om haar lege leven enige betekenis te geven. Ze vraagt haar beste vriend Philippe om haar zwanger te maken, en hij stemt met tegenzin in, op voorwaarde dat ze ergens in een woestijn zwanger worden, dus verlaten ze Montréal voor een 24-uurs rondreis naar Salt Lake City om een geschikte plek te vinden.
