Il vigile (1960)
Otello Celletti heeft vrouw en kind, maar geen werk. Als hij de zoon van een taxateur redt van de verdrinkingsdood krijgt hij een baantje bij de verkeerspolitie. Maar daar brengt alles wat hij doet hem in moeilijkheden, zeker als hij de burgemeester wil bekeuren.
