The Mirror Crack'd (1980)
St. Mary Mead is een ingeslapen Engels dorpje, waarin de beroemde Miss Marple woont. De rust is snel verdwenen, als er een filmploeg uit Hollywood neerstrijkt. Het draaien van een film over Maria Stuart doet het nodige stof opwaaien: iedere dag zijn er weer nieuwe ruzies tussen Marina Rudd en Lola Brewster, twee rivaliserende filmdiva's.
