Downtown (1990)
Een jonge en onervaren politieagent wordt overgeplaatst van een buitenwijk naar een bureau in de binnenstad van Philadelphia. Hier moet hij een team vormen met een pessimistische en door de straat geharde eenling. Samen moeten zij een netwerk van autodieven zien op te rollen.
