Brown's Requiem (1998)
Fritz Brown, als politieman ontslagen wegens drankmisbruik, is nu privé-detective en vult zijn tijd met het terughalen van niet afbetaalde auto's en het luisteren naar Beethoven. Zijn saaie leven wordt volledig overhoop gehaald wanneer Fat Dog Baker hem inhuurt om zijn 17-jarige zus Jane in veiligheid te brengen. Brown beseft meteen dat de zaak niet pluis is als hij ontdekt dat de sexy Jane inwoont bij een bejaarde maffiabaas. Hij raakt verstrikt in een web van misdaad en corruptie en komt tegenover de man te staan die hem uit het politiekorps heeft laten ontslaan.
