On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969)
James Bond voorkomt dat een jonge vrouw, Tracy Draco, zelfmoord pleegt. Haar vader is de leider van een machtige misdaadorganisatie en hij wilt dat Bond haar beschermt door met haar te trouwen. In ruil daarvoor krijg hij informatie die hem zal leiden naar zijn aartsvijand Ernst Blofeld. Hij belooft Blofeld te vermoorden, maar wordt verliefd op Tracy. Als hij ondekt dat Blofeld de mensheid wil vernietigen met een dodelijk virus, staat hij voor een moeilijke keuze: zijn land trouw zijn of met Tracy trouwen.
