The Man Who Sold His Skin (2021)
De Syrische Sam Ali is, in een poging de burgeroorlog in zijn vaderland te ontvluchten, naar Libanon getrokken. Daar ontmoet hij de beroemde Amerikaanse kunstenaar Jeffrey Godefroi van wie hij een tatoeage krijgt. Hierdoor verwordt Sam tot een levend kunstwerk dat op de markt en veiling heel veel waard is. De jongeman wil echter geen meesterwerk zijn, maar weer als mens gezien worden.
