Arctic Predator (2010)
Een onderzoeker en zijn team zijn op onderzoek aan de kust van Antarctica. Ze trachten een schip terug te vinden dat er in de negentiende eeuw gezonken zou zijn. In plaats van een schip, graven ze echter een ijswezen op dat iets buitenaards heeft en meer dan tweehonderd jaar oud blijkt te zijn. Al snel blijkt het wreedaardige wezen nog te leven. Hij brengt het hele onderzoekersteam om het leven, begeeft zich richting vasteland en heeft de mogelijkheid om de warmte uit de aarde te zuigen. Zijn ontwaken lijkt het begin van een nieuwe IJstijd...
