The Goddess of Spring (1934)
De godin wordt begroet door dansende bloemen en feeën. De duivel komt en neemt haar mee om zijn koningin te worden. Ze is wanhopig omdat de winter boven de grond zijn intrede doet. Maar de duivel is ook niet gelukkig en biedt alles aan om haar gelukkig te maken. Ze komen tot een overeenkomst: ze zal zes maanden bovengronds doorbrengen en zes ondergronds. En zo hebben we seizoenen.
