Een groep Joodse overlevenden van de holocaust plannen in 1945 de ultieme wraakactie tegen de nazi's. Ze willen het watersysteem in Duitsland vergiftigen. Deze gevaarlijke en gewaagde geheime operatie noemen ze Plan A.
