The Drover's Wife: The Legend of Molly Johnson (2022)
In 1893 worstelen de hoogzwangere Molly Johnson en haar kinderen om geïsoleerd te overleven in het barre Australische landschap nadat haar man haar achterlaat om schapen te hoeden in de hooglanden. Op een dag vindt ze een vastgebonden Aboriginal-vluchteling genaamd Yakada gewond op haar terrein. Wanneer er een onwaarschijnlijke band ontstaat tussen de twee, onthult hij geheimen over hun ware identiteit. Wanneer de politieagent van de stad, Nate Clintoff, ontdekt dat Molly's man inderdaad vermist is, wordt hij achterdochtig en stuurt hij zijn agent om de zaak te onderzoeken.
