The Tommy Chong Roast (1986)
In deze documentaire vertelt Thomas Betzler, geboren in Darmstadt in 1954, het verhaal van zijn bijzondere carrière in de muziekindustrie. Het begon allemaal met zijn opleiding tot drummer en de oprichting van zijn band Peacock. Als 's werelds eerste tourcateraar begeleidde hij in de jaren 80 internationale sterren op hun tournees door Europa, om uiteindelijk zelf weer op het podium te staan. Met talloze anekdotes en een flinke dosis humor deelt Tommy B. zijn rijke ervaring met het publiek en geeft hij inzicht in zijn eigen levensverhaal en de muziekindustrie van de afgelopen 50 jaar.
