Nadat Major Andrei Rubtsov van de Special Forces een terroristische groepering heeft geneutraliseerd, verliest hij zijn kameraden in de strijd. Nadat hij het ternauwernood heeft overleefd en bewusteloos is geweest, ontdekt hij dat hij in het buitenland is. Rubtsov zal terugkeren naar zijn land om wraak te nemen.
