Vertegenwoordigers van de overheid, geestelijken en de gezondheidszorg hebben zich verenigd om Gwars activiteiten in Amerika te censureren. Hun geheime organisatie, de zelfbenoemde "Morality Squad", heeft Gwars "lid" The Cuttlefish of Cthulu gevangengenomen en berecht wegens obsceniteit. Gwar verlaat zijn Antarctische bolwerk om zijn landgenoot te redden en ontketent onnoemelijke gruwelen over Amerika in naam van de vrijheid van seksualiteit. Dit was Gwars eerste commercieel uitgebrachte lange video en werd in 1993 genomineerd voor een Grammy.
