Juniper (2021)
Sinds het overlijden van zijn moeder zit de zeventienjarige Sam in een neerwaartse spiraal. Op een dag keert hij van school terug en komt hij tot de ontdekking dat zijn Britse grootmoeder Ruth bij hem thuis intrekt. Ruth is een voormalige oorlogsfotografe die aan een rolstoel gekluisterd zit. Ze heeft een grote levenslust en trek in alcohol. Aanvankelijk botert het niet tussen Ruth en haar kleinzoon, die in feite van plan is zichzelf van het leven te beroven.
