La Civil (2021)
In Noord-Mexico wordt Laura, de tienerdochter van Cielo, ontvoerd. Cielo betaalt braafjes het losgeld, maar krijgt haar dochter niet terug. Als blijkt dat ze ook van de overheid geen hulp moet verwachten, besluit Cielo het recht in eigen handen te nemen. Van huisvrouw ontpopt ze zich tot wraakzuchtige militante.
