Dark Horse (2012)
Abe, een dertigjarige man die bij zijn ouders woont, werkt tegen zijn zin voor zijn vader en is een verwoed verzamelaar van speeltjes. Wanneer Abe niet backgammon met zijn moeder aan het spelen is probeert hij Miranda te versieren, ook een dertigjarige vrouw die sinds kort terug bij haar ouders woont na een mislukte academische carrière. Uit wanhoop gaat Miranda akkoord te trouwen met Abe en de twee beginnen samen hun leven uit te stippelen. Maar net als alles goed lijkt te gaan voor Abe, loopt alles verschrikkelijk mis.
