Ai Weiwei: Never Sorry (2012)
Over de internationaal vermaarde Chinese kunstenaar en activist Ai Weiwei. Recentelijk kreeg hij internationale aandacht voor zowel zijn ambitieuze kunstwerken alsook zijn politieke provocaties. Hier wordt ingegaan op de manier waarop artistiek en sociaal activisme samenkomen, gezien door het leven van deze kunstenaar. Regisseur Klayman, woonachtig en actief als journalist en filmmaker in Peking, kreeg toegang tot het leven van Weiwei als nooit tevoren. Ze volgde zijn voorbereidingen op grote exposities, intieme ontmoetingen met familieleden en zijn toenemend publiekelijke aanvaringen met de Chinese regering.
