Phantom of the Mall: Eric's Revenge (1989)
Eric Matthews woont in een groot, oud huis. Op een dag krijgt hij te horen dat hij het pand uit moet omdat er een nieuw winkelcentrum op de plek van zijn huis gebouwd gaat worden. Maar als Eric aangeeft dat hij dit niet wil, besluit men Eric's huis in brand te steken. Een jaar later wordt het winkelcentrum dan geopend. Maar Eric blijkt nog steeds in leven. Hij woont onder het winkelcentrum en hij wil maar één ding: wraak nemen!
