Ter ere van haar 80ste verjaardag geeft de koningin een kinderfeestje op het terrein van Buckingham Palace. Ze heeft veel klassieke personages uit de Britse kinderliteratuur uitgenodigd. Maar wanneer de slechteriken, onder leiding van Cruella de Vil, ontdekken dat ze niet zijn uitgenodigd, stelen ze de handtas van de koningin met daarin haar bril en de tekst van haar toespraak; zonder dit kan de koningin geen toespraak houden op het feest. Kunnen de goodies de handtas op tijd vinden?
