Jayne Mansfield's Car (2013)
Alabama, jaren '40. Nadat zijn vrouw hem verlaten heeft voor de Engelsman Kingsley Bedford (John Hurt) en verhuisd is naar Engeland, voedt Jim Caldwell (Robert Duvall) zijn kinderen alleen op. Wanneer de vrouw overlijdt, laat ze het verzoek achter om terug te worden gebracht naar Alabama om begraven te worden. Op dat moment heeft Jim haar bijna dertig jaar niet meer gezien. De twee families ontmoeten elkaar en doen een poging om zich aan elkaar aan te passen.
