Stephen Graham (geboren 3 augustus 1973) is een Engelse acteur en filmproducent. Hij begon zijn carrière in 1990 met opmerkelijke rollen in Snatch (2000) en Gangs of New York (2002), voordat hij doorbrak als Andrew "Combo" Gascoigne in This Is England (2006). Op televisie vertolkte Graham opnieuw de rol van Combo in This Is England '86, This Is England '88 en This Is England '90. Hij speelde ook in het drama Little Boy Blue, het vijfde seizoen van Line of Duty, de HBO-serie Boardwalk Empire, het BBC-drama Time en het zesde seizoen van Peaky Blinders. Hij bedacht, schreef mee aan en was uitvoerend producent van de miniserie Adolescence (2025) op Netflix, waarin hij ook een rol speelde en die alle drie de nominaties won bij de 77e Primetime Emmy Awards.
