Walton Sanders Goggins, Jr. (geboren 10 november 1971) is een Amerikaanse acteur die vooral bekend staat om zijn rollen in de FX Networks-serie The Shield en Justified, waarin hij respectievelijk detective Shane Vendrell en Boyd Crowder vertolkt. Hij staat ook bekend om zijn karakterrollen in de films Miracle at St. Anna en Predators. Goggins coproduceerde en speelde in de korte film The Accountant uit 2001, die een Academy Award won voor Beste Live Action Short Film. Goggins nam de prijs in ontvangst naast Ray McKinnon en Lisa Blount.
