Sebastian Stan (geboren 13 augustus 1982) is een in Roemenië geboren Amerikaanse acteur. Hij verwierf bekendheid met zijn rol als Bucky Barnes / Winter Soldier in de Marvel Cinematic Universe-franchise, te beginnen met de film Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), en als hoofdrolspeler in de Disney+-miniserie The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021) en de film Thunderbolts* (2025). Op televisie speelde Stan Carter Baizen in Gossip Girl (2007-2010) en de Mad Hatter in Once Upon a Time (2012), en had hij een hoofdrol in de miniserie Political Animals (2012).
