Сирано де Бержерак (1990)
Блестящий гвардейский офицер и знаменитый поэт Сирано де Бержерак влюблен в свою кузину Роксанну, о чем она даже не подозревает. Насколько Сирано храбр на поле битвы и в многочисленных дуэлях, настолько же робок в любви. Из-за своего непомерно длинного носа он совершенно уверен, что Роксанна отвергнет его ухаживания. Поэтому от имени своего товарища Кристиана Сирано пишет ей пылкие любовные послания и прекрасные стихи. Благодаря им Кристиан завоевывает сердце Роксанны, но погибает на войне, так и не успев признаться ей, что стихи и письма написаны Сирано. А тот хранит эту тайну до своей собственной смерти…
