Гонконг. Во время перестрелки грабителей и полицейских происходит неприятный инцидент: бандиты скрываются с места преступления, а репортерам удается заснять на видео полицейского, умоляющего его не убивать. Этот случай неблагоприятно сказывается на репутации защитников закона. Чтобы реабилитироваться, департамент полиции решает провести грамотную пиар-акцию. Во время операции по захвату преступников в жилом доме, группу оперативников снабжают мини-камерами, с помощью которых зрители могут наблюдать за штурмом в прямом эфире у экранов своих телевизоров…
