В недалеком будущем искусственные органы будут доступны всем и даже в кредит. Если же человек не в состоянии оплатить долг, то принимаются крайне жесткие меры. Однажды к нему в дом может вломиться Потрошитель, который способен подавить любое сопротивление и должен изъять из него искусственный орган, собственность компании Union. Реми как раз такой - и охотник, и жертва - он Потрошитель, и он же не может оплатить пересадку сердца, а посему вынужден пуститься в бега…
