Шерил - молодая чернокожая лесбиянка, работает в Филадельфии вместе со своей лучшей подругой Тамарой и занимается проектом создания фильма о поиске чернокожей актрисы из Филадельфии, которая снималась в фильмах в 30-е годы и которая была известна под псевдонимом «Женщина-арбуз».
