Шпионы как мы (1985)
Двоих молодых людей — служащих Госдепартамента США — отбирают «для выполнения ответственного задания». После непродолжительного курса подготовки их забрасывают… в Пакистан. Чудом уцелев после столкновения с местными племенами, они получают новое задание — перейти границу и выйти к дороге, ведущей в Душанбе. Здесь их уже поджидают таджикские пограничники и «товарищи из КГБ». Но и от них друзьям удается избавиться. И тут они встречают свою новую знакомую — такую же шпионку, как и они, скрывающуюся под личиной врача Красного креста. Ее цель — советская ракета СС-50, которую она должна запустить. В результате некоторых приключений троице удается совершить пуск ракеты, и она уходит в направлении… Соединенных Штатов…
